The Bon-spiration
Leaning into light colors, we wanted to create a swirling piece where it might be hard to distinguish exactly where one flavor and color ended and the next one began. To do this, we reimagined sherbert (or maybe a better way of saying it is that we created the sherbert piece of our dreams) accenting one of our absolute favorites, yuzu, with raspberry and lime to create a full and vibrant experience.
