Rocky Road is my favorite ice cream, so I could not resist tackling this one with a little bit of classic Americana. This piece is a hard piece which means it is solid chocolate the whole way through. This approach is one we use less often but felt appropriate here so that the flavors, ingredients and “particulate” (as they call it in the industry) could disperse throughout the piece like an actual constellation of deliciousness.
