A garden blooming with hope is a feeling, and so is taste! We wanted to capture this feeling figuratively while leaning into garden ingredients literally. To do that we pulled in different floral elements in order to create a well rounded light airy floral vibe but the challenge was making sure that with the floral elements of our chocolate itself (we work with arriba nacional cacao from Ecuador which is known for it’s multi-faceted big flavor). We allowed it to remain grounded and still had an earth element to it which is why we went for a gianduja (pronounced-ish Jan-do-yuh) which is essentially the combination of chocolate with a very well ground nut or seed butter which allows for flavor but also fat for a great texture that lightly fights against your teeth.
