"That place between coffee and sleep” gives me chills because it’s such an accurate description of a conscious time block that we are all so unconsciously aware of. We picked a classic, creamy coffee ganache to represent a morning cuppa and a “neat” nightcap, opting for a whiskey caramel. This flavor combo has been done time and again but always for good reason. We worked to ensure that the coffee and whiskey flavors could remain subdued like those early morning hours or a late night routine without getting overpowered by the complex flavors of our Arriba Nacional cacao.
