Shipping & Delivery

We are shipping as quickly and safely as we can and are keenly aware of the delays that our shipping providers may be experiencing as a global pandemic has forced them to make adjustments to their systems and policies this year.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time but we are shipping around the clock Monday - Thursdays and will fill every order in the order that it was received. You will receive emails with status alerts and tracking information as your order is updated.If soething looks funky on your order status for whatever reason, check in with us by emailing our Shipping Babes at Shipping@BonBonBon.com

Sadly, we cannot control the holding and transportation of your chocolate en route to you! We wish we could, but instead we must recommend that you ship responsibly for optimum product quality upon arrival! If there is a problem with your shipment or maybe it got lost in the mail, please contact UPS directly at 1 (800) 742-5877. If there is something wrong with what you received, reach out to us at BonBonBon@BonBonBon.com and we'd be happy to help get things sorted out for you!

If you’re shipping Bons to a hot hot hot climate (70 degrees or above), we highly recommend overnight shipping. If overnight shipping is not selected at checkout, Bon Bon Bon cannot assume responsibility for melted soupy Bons. If overnight shipping is selected for warm climate destinations, we will include ice packs, dry ice, and insulation for your order. Otherwise, we will assume that you are taking the risk of receiving melted chocolate, but we really don't want that for you!

As an aside, we unfortunately cannot ship to PO boxes.
