Description
We can’t take credit for this one. In 2014, one of our tiniest and kindest regulars came in and asked, very politely, if we could make Cake Bons for her birthday. We did. And, we never stopped making them.
Now, we tend to use pretty “fancy“ ingredients, but we also have a rule that things that come out of our kitchen have to be both delicious and accurate. Accurate, in this case, means making the perfect birthday cake Bon for a seven year old girl. So, while it’s “fancy“ in construction, it’s classic in presentation — American buttercream, vanilla cake, and the perfectly crunchy but not too crunchy naturally colored rainbow sprinkles we all love and adore using both at work and at home.
Not just for a happy birthday — for a happy just about anything!
