It's time for the flavor roll out of the Spring Collection! Which by the way, did we mention we collab'd with our FAVORITE cake queen, Sweet Heather Anne?!?! It's truly an honor, and a dream come true to create these incredible flavors side by side with the SHA team. And of course, we couldn't be more lucky to share this collection with YOU!
Up first in this rollout is the Chocolate Praline Bon: Delicious praline crafted by the SHA team in Bon Bon Bon milk chocolate, coated with gorgeous edible gold glitter. Need we say more?! This Bon will absolutely stun your tea party guests, leaving them with that delightful combination of rich chocolate and nutty goodness that perfectly complements the fresh, vibrant vibes of springtime. Ah, you heard... there's more than
one kind of praline! American pralines, Belgian pralines, French pralines! It's a clash of confectionery titans, each offering its own unique twist on this beloved treat. Creamy caramelized sugar, decadent butter, and crunchy pecans are the American way, while Belgian pralines feature a smooth, silky chocolate encasing a variety of fillings. The French praline is the OG one, and features Almonds and caramelized sugar. The difference between the them is all about the flavor profile and texture. American pralines tend to be sweeter and have a more pronounced nutty crunch; Belgian pralines focus more on the interplay of flavors and textures, emphasizing the quality of chocolate and fillings.
While the pralines crafted by the Sweet Heather Anne team are American style, we've picked up some Belgian inspiration to create our Chocolate Praline Bon. A solid piece, rather than a shell with filling, creating a nutty and chocolatey combination that's worth being international!
