At Bon Bon Bon, we’ve always believed that great food starts with great ingredients—and of course, great people. That’s why we’re so excited to announce our Spring Collection, made in collaboration with one of Detroit’s most beloved spots: Rose's Fine Food & Wine.
If you ever went to Roses, you know it’s more than just a diner. It’s a place where people gather, where food is made with love, and where quality is never compromised. The same can be said of Molly Mitchell, the powerhouse behind it all. Her journey began with a simple craving for a good cup of coffee, and that small craving turned into something much bigger: a diner dedicated to doing food the right way.
Our Spring Collection is inspired by diner classics—from buckwheat pancakes to bacon & eggs. We worked closely with Molly to bring these flavors to life in chocolate form. It’s a tribute to syrupy stacks, salty-sweet bites, and shared values: fresh ingredients, intentional food, and a commitment to making treats that are better for people.
Rose's is currently working hard toward reopening, and this collection is one small way we can support that effort. Proceeds from the Spring Collection will go directly toward helping them get the griddle sizzling again.
