Don’t have all of your recipients’ shipping addresses? No worries! Send them an e-gift instantly and have them fill in their shipping address. Recipients can also choose to swap their gift for something else in our repertoire that they think is even more Bon (of equal value) and can choose when their gift ships!

Corporate Gifting FAQ
Do you offer a Corporate Gifting discount?
Yes! For multi-address gifting orders placed through our self-service storefront, we offer 3% off when you spend $1,000 and 5% off when you spend $5,000.
For custom orders and large orders placed through our team, all orders over $1,000 will receive 10% off (shipping fees excluded).
Can I include a gift note?
Yes! Our self-service storefront allows you to use the same gift note for all your recipients, customized with their name if you wish, OR you can input totally separate gift notes for every recipient.
How should I store my Bons before my event?
Our Bons are best stored in a cool, dark location out of direct sunlight. Our packaging does allow for fridge or freezer storage if needed (during warmer months). Please store your boxes of Bons up off the ground (a sneakily warm location). If you have any other concerns for transporting or storing your order, let us know, we’re happy to help! We don’t use preservatives in our chocolates, so our Bons are best enjoyed within 2 weeks of delivery.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
For custom orders and large orders placed through our team, we kindly request a lead time of 3 weeks. It’s never too early to chat with us about scheduling your order! We don’t use preservatives in our chocolates, so our Bons are best enjoyed within 2 weeks of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery FAQ
How quickly will my gift(s) ship?
Multi-address gifting orders placed through our self-service storefront ship in 3-5 business days. We also offer order scheduling if you would like your gifts to arrive within a certain time frame (birthday, holiday, etc).
Can you deliver orders directly to my office/directly to my clients?
Maybe! We offer local deliveries to Metro Detroit addresses for an additional fee. If you’re outside of our range, we recommend shipping.
How much is shipping going to cost?
Shipping costs depend on a few factors — the size of your order and the location(s) we’re shipping to. If shipping to multiple addresses, we generally offer flat rate options. Large orders shipping to one address will be priced according to parcel dimensions, weight and delivery destination (to determine shipping speed).
How will I know my orders have shipped?
Once your gifts have shipped, we’ll email you the tracking details so you know when your recipients can expect to receive their sweet surprise.
Can I update shipping addresses, cancel, or edit my order after it is placed?
We work quickly to get all standard and bulk orders fulfilled and on their way to your recipient(s) for you. Please reach out to us at bonbonbon@bonbonbon.com as quickly as possible for any order change requests to see if we can accommodate.
