We require 1-3 days to fulfill your order before shipping via UPS at your requested speed. Shipping options may vary seasonally by state (especially during warmer weather).

Shipping speeds breakdown:

PO BOXES: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes as UPS is a private courier and they are unable to access USPS facilities. This creates the likelihood that your order will be returned to sender, and we cannot be held responsible.

LOCAL DELIVERY: We are unable to offer a local delivery service, and all orders (no matter how close they are to us/our shops) will be delivered with UPS on UPS’s chosen route.

Seasonal Shipping Availability

While we love being able to offer free ground shipping and discounted 2nd Day Air where possible, it is not always an option for every state. During the warmer months we have to limit shipping options ensure your chocolate arrives looking and tasting as it should — and not in chocolate soup form! For some exceptionally warm and further away regions, Next Day Air may be the only option available to you. We make these seasonal adjustments to protect your order in transit and ensure you can have a Bon unboxing experience! Because we make these choices based on the current temperature, we are not able to provide a specific date for when more shipping options will become available to you. We do, however, monitor the weather weekly, and we’ll be sure to open up more shipping options as soon as it is safe to do so. Thank you so much for helping us keep things cool. 

Delivery Timeline

In general, we request up to 3 business days to fulfill orders before shipping via your selected speed. We ship Monday - Thursday to avoid Bons getting stuck or melting over the weekend. This means orders placed Thursday - Sunday will likely ship the following week.

P.S. Are you local? We offer in-store pick up, too, so you can skip the shipping part altogether! In-store pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours.
