Molly Mitchell—the magic-maker behind Rose’s—has always had a way of honoring classic comfort food with a sense of humor and deep deliciousness. So we followed her lead, drawing on the nutty complexity of buckwheat flour and the silky-salty-sweet satisfaction of a well-buttered flapjack.
