Created in collaboration with our brunch besties at Rose’s Fine Food & Wine, this Bon is an ode to diner mornings, lazy brunches, and the unmistakable comfort of pancakes done right. Molly Mitchell—the magic-maker behind Rose’s—has always had a way of honoring classic comfort food with a sense of humor and deep deliciousness. So we followed her lead, drawing on the nutty complexity of buckwheat flour and the silky-salty-sweet satisfaction of a well-buttered flapjack.

Whether you’re a die-hard breakfast-for-dinner type or someone who takes their Saturday pancakes very seriously, this Bon is here for you.
