This Valentine's Day, we are so excited to be able to offer that highly sought-after treat, the chocolate covered strawberry 🍫🍓

Like usual, we couldn't help but do this in the most Bon way possible, so we've teamed up with Oishii to bring you their Koyo Strawberry. Hand-dipped by Bon Bon Bon in our dark chocolate ganache, finished with a dark chocolate drizzle, and nestled perfectly into our Oishii + Bon Bon Bon protective packaging.

Oishii means "delicious" in Japanese, and their goal is to introduce Japanese fruit culture to the US one sweet berry at a time. Traditionally in Japan, delicious fresh fruit means that there is a special occasion to celebrate, and what's better than celebrating with the one you love? 

The Koyo Berry is vertically farmed in New Jersey, without using GMOs, pesticides, or sprays. In Japanese, the Koyo Berry means "elated", which is exactly how we felt after trying them for the first time. They're refreshingly sweet and subtly tart, with a slightly firm texture that pairs perfectly with smooth and creamy dark chocolate ganache.
