Sometimes we can be more than a little dark.
Intended for the purist, this Bon is comprised of a super classic dark chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell with dark chocolate shavings, drizzled with dark chocolate. It’s one of the Bons that we make that would be straight up boring if we didn’t use great ingredients. Usually these descriptions are longer but the point of this is that it gets right to the point so we’ll leave it here.
Great as an accent piece. An amuse-bouche of sorts while working your way through a box of Bons.

Cafe Bustelo, Michigan cherries, a midnight snack
