Bon Bon Bons are "Good Goodies". And did you know that there isn't a REAL set in stone (or tempered chocolate) definition of a bon bon. This is cool because it gives us room to do what we want with it. A lot of chocolates are covered completely in chocolate, but ours our like little boxes of either dark, milk or white chocolate and then filled differently. What you see is what you get! In the best way.
See a lil sprinkle donut? Then that's what your eating! See a cutie red rose petal, then that's your dessert!
The chocolates pictured above are filled with mascarpone ganache and topped with a mini French macaron. It's called Mac & Cheese and it's so delicious. The creamy ganache + the crunchy and slightly chewy macaron. What a dream!

Every single Bon Bon Bon is handmade and then hand-packaged. Each tiny box has the number, name and description on it. Then it's stamped and initialed by the babe that packaged it.
