Dark chocolate coffee ganache with donut ganache & accoutrement
Description
It sounds weird, but we’re particularly proud of the smell of this one. Hitting that down the street donut shop tone just right in ultra flavorful heirloom varietal fairly traded arriba nacional cacao is a bit of a feat! If anyone could do it, it’s the donut-fueled kitchen of Bon Bon Bon (with a little help from our friends down the street, Anthology Coffee, of course)!
If the thought of donut ganache was not enough, imagine it layered with a super dark (do we dare say sultry?) espresso-infused dark chocolate ganache (with the good heavy cream, of course). Pop an itty bitty baby donut and some of our favorite sprinkles on top and you’ve got yourself a Bon excuse for breakfast*!
*This is a joke, you should also eat breakfast.
