Our very own FrankenBon's Monster, this green ghoul is every bit as delicious as we remembered it. An OG Bon from as far back as 2014, the Match Crunch hasn't changed much because, well, you can't improve on perfection 🫶🏼 A matcha and rice croquant solid piece, it's earthy, sweet (but not too sweet), and most importantly, crunchy.
Even though we haven't made Matcha Crunch in a while, we're no strangers to Matcha. Our friends One DNA from Nickels Arcade in Ann Arbor LOVE Matcha, and they often host a pop-up Matcha bar that we take advantage of whenever we can. Right now they're collaborating with Henri The Potter, and selling handmade matcha sets in butter yellow so I guess we all know what's on our holiday shopping list 🎁

We count our lucky stars that we got to collab with chef Jon Kung on the 2024 Valentine's Day Collection and thus the Dear Jon Bon was born 💚 A matcha ganache over creamy espresso ganache encased in a dark chocolate shell, luckily we can reach for a Dear Jon anytime the craving for Matcha Crunch hits.
