We think it was Werner Herzog who once asked, "how do we get all of that Anthology Coffee into a Bon?" Our documentary team recently visited the Hamtramck Chocolate Manufactory to see the coffee steeping, chocolate melting, stirring, and whirling processes involved in making the dark chocolate coffee ganache for one of our beloved Bons. A very special thanks to Anthology Coffee for providing us with their flavorful coffee beans.
