STREET BEET VEGAN COLLECTION

STREET BEET VEGAN COLLECTION

Posted by Theobroma Cacao on

This 10-piece box of Bons was filled with fried and baked goodness from Street Beet combined with the magic of Bon Bon Bon. It included everything from Taco Hell's cinnamon twists mixed with coconut milk white chocolate to a cornbread Bon. This was our first all vegan collection and we'd call it very Bon indeed.

Fakin’ Bacon Bourbon (pictured above) - bacon caramel, dark chocolate bourbon ganache, sea salt

This vegan bacon-y cutie was very good. The perfect combo of salty sweet.

Eat Your Cornbread (pictured above)- rice croquant on top of a toasted cornbread filling

It's a dream of most people (We think so anyway cuz cornbread is the BEST) to have a cornbread Bon. And this one was gluten free and vegan which blows our minds. STILL! So good and lovely and it got to get it's pic taken on painted corn. Glam!

Cinna-Twistin (pictured above) - cinnamon twists, white chocolate, cinnamon

We found some really good vegan white chocolate so this Bon came to be. We can't recommend Charm School Chocolate Enough!

Chick N Waffles (pictured above) - fried crumb milk chocolate ganache, waffle cone

The savory (and gluten free/vegan!?) fried crumbs added to the milk chocolate ganache was so good. It honestly was puzzling in the best way. As you ate this Bon, you'd get bits of savory, sweet, creamy and crunchy.

Honestly, the Cookie Dough one was so dreamy that we might need to add our version the regular Bon menu. Made us cry happy tears, ya know?
