Each Bon was inspired by the words of Atticus, the anonymous New York Times Bestselling author dubbed “The #1 Person to Follow” by Teen Vogue and “The World’s Most Tattoo-able Poet” by Galore Magazine.
Atticus chooses to publish his poetry anonymously, "sending love from the shadows" as he says. He lost a close friend to the perils of fame back in 2013, and since then he has become an advocate for mental health, working with Pyrrha Jewelry to raise money for non-profit To Write Love on Her Arms.
There's naturally an air of mystery when working with an anonymous collaboration partner, but Atticus's poetry is so heartfelt and so vulnerable that we feel like we've known him for a long time.
We haven't ever had a collaboration partner who had such a different vibe to our own. We love fun, and whimsy, and most of all PINK. Atticus's poetry is beautiful, and soulful, with themes ranging from love, to loss, to the entire human experience.
It has been an honor to draw 12 new Bon flavors from his words, and we hope that in working together we are able to achieve a level of storytelling never before reached in a seasonal collection 💞
