Fall has arrived and with it comes a most Bon-tiful harvest of fruit, vegetables, grains, herbs, and more! We’ve been waiting all year to enjoy the cream of Michigan’s crops and to share them with you the very best way we know how: as this season’s limited collection of Bons! We collaborated with Granor Farm of Three Oaks, Michigan to create unique new flavors from the freshest, locally grown ingredients. Founded in 2006, Granor is an organic farm, renowned for the quality of their products, innovative techniques, and their contribution to the local community. We’ve been so honored to work with the Granor Farm team and can’t wait for you to taste the fruits of their labor paired with what we do best–Chocolate! ...and caramel ...and ganache ...and–Go have a taste!
Flavors in this collection include:
1. Carrots & Beets - Fried carrot, caramel, beet, goat cheese, tarragon.
2. Lardo & Sage - Whipped lardo ganache, sage.
3. Granola & Yogurt - Granor Farm granola, yogurt
4. Tomato & Corn - Buttered sweet corn ganache, tomato, fennel.
5. Sourdough Crackers - Milk chocolate with sourdough crunch, Maldon sea salt.
6. Blackber-rye Tahini - Blackberry caramel, tahini ganache, candied rye.
7. Buckwheat Brownie - Buckwheat brownie chocolate ganache.
8. Honey Biscuits - Ground cherry honey caramel, salty butter biscuits.
9. Smoked Polenta Plum - Smoked polenta, plum, thyme.
10. Black Bean Crisp - Crispy black beans, candied cocoa nibs, crispy mallow.
11. Olive Oil & Spent Citrus - Spent citrus ganache, olive oil caramel.
12. Ginger Crunch Slice - Granor Farm ginger biscuits and fudge.
13. Herb Salt Chicken Caramel - Chicken fat caramel with Granor Farm Herb Salt.
