COVID-19 Shipping Delays

We continue to depend on UPS for all of your Bon orders. This is because we have experienced the best service from them in our time as a Bon shop in terms of delivery accuracy, timeliness and responsiveness. Although we still are receiving the best service possible from UPS, their service standards have changed in light of the global pandemic and that could impact your order.

Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee (also rederred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. Origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

As for our team, we are working on a skeleton crew to keep you stocked with Bons while keeping socially distant and safe at our manufactory for our health and the health of all of our customers. We will continue to fill orders in the order in which they were received and we will be doing our absolute best to get you your orders as soon as possible.
