Ranger cookie caramel ganache with coconut and oats
Description
Rumor has it our founder's Aunt Susie perfected the recipe as a child for a single Ranger cookie. We were always really impressed by that — not just for a kid to do the kitchen math, but the pure cookie gusto.
The Rustler isn't purely a Ranger but it’s certainly rambled around with one. It started as a ranger but started to lean a bit Samoa and we liked it. Layers of texture and flavor in a dark chocolate shell — the perfect meddling of nuttiness, some crunch, and creamy, gooey caramel goodness.
Our head of retail's favorite Girl Scout cookies are Samoas, and with the Rustler he doesn't have to wait for cookie season because without even trying, this nostalgic hybrid turned out totally plant-based.
Pairs well with:
A bowl and spoon, an iron-on patch, oolong tea or black coffee
