"The chocolates are very good, we’re repeat customers. Esp swimming turtles. :) Things would like to see change: The packaging is so industrial. Don’t charge your customers to make it slightly more attractive. The chocolates are beautiful. But it’s a kind of awkward gift the way it’s packaged, and it needn’t be that way. It stands out from other chocolate companies, and not in a good way. Second thing, get new store software that doesn’t ask your customer to tip for a retail transaction. Leaves a sour taste."
