"Hi. I wanted to say that the chocolate was so yummy and the presentation was great. I picked out three chocolates as a gift for my mom, and she was delighted upon opening the box. Her favorite chocolate was the swimming turtle, and i have to say, that one’s my favorite too. However, i will say that the customer service was lacking a bit. The girl who was working there wasn’t particularly welcoming, and when I asked her how to go about picking chocolate/how it works, she didn’t say much or seem enthusiastic to answer my question. That was a bit disappointing. She might have just been having a bad day, but i hope that next time will be a better experience. Thanks so much :-)"

"I recently ordered chocolates as a gift for a friend, and much to my dismay, I didn’t check the autofilled address closely enough before purchasing - it was the wrong address. I emailed their help line and got the issue corrected with no problems whatsoever-they even went so far as to figure out how it got messed up! Their helpful response was wonderful. And my friend loved her chocolates (I need an excuse to send some to myself!)."
