A beautiful, sparkly, gem of a Bon, the Curd You Not! adds a hit of citrus to the Winter Collection ✨ Rosemary toasted shortbread topped with grapefruit curd ganache, the idea for this Bon was submitted by our very own production Babe Jane.
When Jane was in high school, a friend of hers bought the cookbook, Sister Pie: The Recipes & Stories of a Big-Hearted Bakery in Detroit. They shared the recipe for Rosemary Toasted Shortbread with Jane, and she went on to make them for her friends and family. From then on, the shortbread biscuits have become a staple in the treat boxes that Jane makes every year, and they inspired us to make the Curd You Not! Bon.
Jane (on the right) holds the Curd You Not! Bon in our manufactory. Reminiscent of the Lemon Bar None with a buttery shortbread base and tart curd ganache, this is one Bon you definitely don't want to miss!
