The name tells it all: Can't Get Künefe is an addicting Bon based on the cheesy Turkish dessert Künefe! We created our own variation of the treat with a sprinkle of nuts and sweetness to bring you a textured Bon that truly deserves its name.
Künefe is prepared with variations in different regions, but we took a bit from each since it was far too hard to choose! Utilizing the classic cheesy crunch texture we used pastry dough and shredded cheese to make the perfect base. We also added some pistachios for an extra earthy flavor and crunch!
We decided to pair these flavors with an apple rosewater mixture, which is not always used! We wanted some Michigan apples snuck in there to make it a perfect Bon Bon Bon variation.🍎 We created this unique confiture to make this Bon extra special.
