An OG Bon from Valentine's Days past (say... 2018?), the Bitter Bitch has risen again. This Bon was retired to the BONeyard far too soon, and customers to this day still ask for it. A tart and twisted black currant confiture and preserved lemon ganache, it fits perfectly into our collection of long gone favorites 💜
Being an OG Bon, the Bitter Bitch has had a few decor variations, and some might remember it with the FML pink heart as it was featured in the Valentine's Collection of 2018 —
If you can't quite see the handwritten notes above the Bon sketch, it says NOTE: "FML" is short for "fuck my life", which is absolutely a note you would not expect to see in a recipe book anywhere other than the Bon Bon Bon kitchen 😅
We've already been receiving phone calls asking us to provide the Bitter Bitch outside of the Fall Collection, and maybe one day she'll be able to make a return for good. For right now you can only find her in the Back From the Dead Collection, along with 11 other recently resurrected Bons 💀 If you still have a craving for the Bitter Bitch after finishing your collection (and let's be honest, we all will) maybe the American Spoon Lemon Curd and the Bonne Maman Blackcurrant Jelly will suffice... for now.
