Peas Won't You Be Mine?

When we asked our collab partner Jon Kung which Bon he was most excited to try in the Proper Fancy collection, and Peas Be Mine was one of the first ones he listed 🫛 A butter ganache atop a filling of candied sweet peas and butterfly pea flower, this Bon has a delicate sweetness with subtle floral undertones. 

You know summer is right around the corner in Michigan when the farmer's market tables are covered in punnets of bright green sweet peas. We usually grab ours from either Eastern Market or the Ann Arbor Farmer's Market, but you know if we see some at a stall on the side of the road then we're stopping!
