Nothing is fancier than a financier! For our Proper Fancy Valentine's Collection, we created a black sesame financier Bon. We paired this with an apricot ganache, mascarpone, and toasted sesame. Proper fancy indeed!✨🎩

If this is your first time hearing about a financier, it's a French cake made with almonds! As it is super fluffy and delicious, we decided to take a shot at one!

Warda Patisserie makes our absolute favorite black sesame financier in Detroit and this is our tribute to it! They use a mango jelly, but we opted for an apricot ganache in ours!
