Sunny Hunny, that is! Grab Junes' Bon of the Month while it lasts. It's got apricot butter caramel and toasted croissant ganache topped with croquant and just a little extra butter. What's croquant, you ask? Well, it's a French word that means crunchy. In the cooking world it generally refers to a crunchy confection made of caramelized sugar and nuts, or as in this case, caramelized sugar and puffed rice. Just some sweet little texture to top your Bon! The whole thing tastes just like a summer afternoon. Can we put some in the freezer for next January??
