Green fluff is an oldy, but a goodie! Originally mixing together pistachio, marshmallows, and pineapple, we have created our own take on the midwestern delight. Mixing together lime ganache, pineapple confiture, and walnut gianduja, we've created the perfect blend of tart and sweetness, with that comforting nutty flavor.
This 1970s "salad" is also known by the name of "Watergate salad" because of the popularity of the dessert during the scandal-- crazy, right!? Some make their fluff with shredded coconut, some with cherries, but we have chosen the best of those ingredients (with lots of heavy whipping cream) for our Green Fluff Bon!
