It's a polarizing flavor combo, but mint and chocolate has our hearts. In fact, when we polled our Instagram followers, 74% agreed with us that mint + chocolate is a match made in heaven. This Bon is a reimagining of the classic vintage dessert that made every mid-century dinner party feel just a little bit fancy.
Condensed milk spearmint ganache and alkalized cocoa ganache in a dark chocolate shell, it's equal parts retro charm and modern indulgence. Mint has always been the most refreshing of flavors, and nothing works as well as the Garden Mint Chip ice cream served at Blank Slate Creamery (especially over summer!). It's our go to flavor, and we are so excited that this holiday season we get to present our very own chocolate + mint combination!
