Joining us again from the Spring Collection of 2019 comes Tiki Tom. A tropical burst of flavor on a chilly fall day, with coconut caramel, pineapple ganache, and orange rappe 🥥🍍🍊
Oh and did we mention the white chocolate chablon on top that is imprinted with tropical florals? We love these chablons for two reasons. Reason number one is that they are adorable and delicious and the details are mind-blowing (maybe that's more than one reason but they are at least all related reasons 😛) Reason number two is that when we are making the chablon, there is unavoidably some edging pieces that become "chocolate waste", which means that us white chocolate lovers have the perfect snack at our disposal.
Eating the Tiki Tom made us feel like we were back at Beachy's in Caseville. We took an early summer trip up into the Thumb 🖐🏼 and Beachy's did not disappoint! Our drinks were served in cups shaped like parrots, the salt and pepper holder was a double set of mini Adirondack chairs, and the feature wall was made out of cocktail umbrellas 🌴 Oh how we wish we could take an entire box of Tiki Tom to Beachy's and spend a weekend eating good food, swimming in Saginaw Bay, and drinking cocktails out of tiki glasses 🍹
