Every year, our Spring Collection is a little love letter to the season. Sometimes we go more whimsical, sometimes more traditional (but not like this). But as we look at the 2025 edition of the Spring Collection, Eggs Fried Hard just makes sense, doesn’t it? Eggs have been a symbol of spring for, well, basically forever—renewal, growth, new beginnings. And more recently, brunch! So naturally, we leaned into it. Eggs Fried Hard has not-too-sweet white chocolate, crispy meringue bits, and turmeric-candied egg yolk. The meringue brings the crunch, the yolk brings a surprising umami note, and the chocolate ties it all together. She’s funky & fun, just like us 😁
