Our second Bon in the Winter Collection lineup is the Cherry Berry Cheesecake! Inspired by the classic Sarah Lee cheesecake that we all know and love, this Bon will take you right back to your childhood (except this time, you're an adult, which means that no one can stop you from eating an entire collection of Bons — or a whole Sarah Lee Cheesecake, on your own 😋).
As perfect as the traditional Sarah Lee cheesecake is, we couldn't help but add a few Bon Bon Bon tweaks, including our tiny logo mendiant. A sour cherry cheesecake ganache with red fruit crunchy filling, Cherry Berry Cheesecake is the perfect combination of sweet + tart. We couldn't image this Bon with anything other than a dark chocolate shell, and just a sprinkling of pink shimmer flakes to top it off.
Now that we've been talking cheesecakes, we most definitely need to make the Cherry Berry Bon into a full sized cheesecake. We're thinking a couple of jars of American Spoon Sour Cherries for the topping, and maybe... just maybe, we'll share a slice or two.
