Meet Victoria, our Production Manager. Victoria is responsible for our mighty Manufactory operations, from recipes, to staffing, to even hand piping and hand painting Bons. If you've every had a Bon and said "wow"... she would be the one to thank! Her job is to literally keep the chocolate flowing (in our Selmis). Without Tori (as some of us call her), there would be no Bon left to eat. Thanks Victoria!
