Last week we had a super fun Bon and Beer pairing with our friends at Batch Brewing Company. We paired five custom Bons with five of our favorite beers currently on tap at Batch!
Alex made spicy pineapple bon with fresh pineapple, pineapple mint and Mike's hot honey! The pineapple caramel in the bottom tasted a lot like the ooze in the bottom of pineapple-up-side-down-cake!
Pink peppercorns also made an appearance on the Olive Oil and Salt Bon. Plus a little grapefruit confiture, to boot!
