. . . when Michigan's fields of sweet corn burst forth with the most delicious harvest. It's like candy! So much like candy that we used it to make some of our candy! And now we have a bumper crop of August's Bon of the Month; Sweet Corn & Salted Butter. Get it while it lasts! (Until September of course.) This beautiful, buttery Bon has a layer of sweet corn confiture, then a layer of lightly salted cultured butter ganache, on top of that we sprinkle a bit of powdered corn for some real authentic flavor, and finally, of course, the tiniest pat of butter! (It's made with white chocolate.) We hope this doesn't spoil plain old corn on the cob for you. Don't worry, there's room to appreciate both! Cob corn AND corn confections. Sweet AND salty. Confiture AND ganache. Por qué no los dos, right?!
