Rose & Thorn features a rose petal-infused white chocolate ganache with just a whisper of white pepper in a dark chocolate shell. The delicate floral notes of the rose are perfectly balanced by the subtle spice of the white pepper, which amplifies the rose’s flavor while giving it just enough edge to stand up to the richness of dark chocolate.
