Oh. My. Bon!
Ordered the large mystery mix box for Valentine's Day for me and my partner to share. Honestly, the whole experience is delightful. Your strategy and messaging overall are really fun and accessible, taking the snobbiness out of being a chocolatier. And your work speaks for itself: it's fucking delicious. Even ones where you read the description and think to yourself "you know I'm not a big fan of X" and then you put that bon in your mouth and you're like "oh...OH. AMAZING!" You are artful, skilled, dedicated, and just plain FUN. Keep kicking ass!
Amazing, incredible, unique
I sent this to a relative for Christmas and she raved about everything! The presentation, flavors, even the unwrapping. HIGHLY recommend!!
Got these for mu husband for Christmas because he loves interesting, novel chocolates. Fortunately he shared because not only were they interesting, they were delicious!
Amazing chocolates... not just my opinion, but so far everyone that I've gifted boxes to has said "best I've ever had".
Best chocolate in the world
I stumbled on Bon Bon Bon when I was spontaneously flown to Detroit to see an ex-lover for 32 hrs. I asked someone for places to check out for my last 4 hours in town alone and blindly walked in. I hate chocolate and wanted to be polite so I picked out 6 pieces since the salesgirl was so sweet in helping me find somewhere to grab food. I didn’t try them until a few days later and inhaled them while savoring every bite. Since that first time I have dreamed of this chocolate and begged the ex-lover to bring them with him on his visit to Dallas (he unfortunately never had time to pick some up on his work visits to Detroit). I was always deterred by shipping until I finally pulled the trigger rationalizing the $70 fee and my god is it worth it. I am slowly savoring each of the pieces and have to limit myself to one a day otherwise they would have been inhaled with a tummy ache the first hour in my possession. I may sound insane but these chocolates are a gift from a higher being and worth every penny. I have actually debated going to Detroit solely to buy a ton to bring back to Dallas, as I do bagels from NYC.

Heaven in a Pink Lettered Box
Okay. I bought two more boxes of bon bon bons. And the bbb crew wanted to know what I thought about my recent purchase. but I haven't eaten any because I'm saving them for this coming weekend so I can't talk about those. But I can tell you about the boxes that I have ordered. and eaten. you want to know one of the best things about having these bons in your possession? It’s sharing! I know, crazy, right? who would share something that is just so freaking delicious? I'm tempted to keep them all to myself. but then I thought, what would Kane do? you know, from Kung fu. he would share them. and when you share them, you have to tell the share-ee to do this: take a bite, but don't chew, don't swallow. just let it sit there in. in your mouth. and when those saliva glands kick in and you can almost hear them talking..."what the heck is this? it tastes like heaven. I have heaven in my mouth!" and I tell the share-ee, “Now, as it dissolves you can taste the different layers, flavors...it's like if you could eat a Van Gogh, you know?” but don't do that. eat a bon bon bon. they're a lot better tasting and less expensive. so that's my review. there's nothing like a bon bon bon in this world. period. and next time you order tell them Dave sent you. And they may say "Who?" and you say, "the guy who says your chocolates taste like heaven." And they'll say "Oh Yeah!" You all be good. Peace and hugs.-Dave
